A few weeks ago we took a trip up to the Poughkeepsie/New Paltz area to visit the new "Walkway Over the Hudson". It is an old railway that was turned into a pedestrian walk that spans almost 2 miles from one side of the river to the other. It was a beautiful fall day that ended up being a little windy when we got to the center of the river but it was sunny and warm.
The next day we went to Barton's Orchards to go apple and pumpkin picking. We were a little late in the season for apples, but we still were able to get some good ones from the trees.

When we got back from our trip we celebrated Grandma Pat's Birthday. Juliana really enjoyed the candles and grandpa's singing. :-)
