Playing Catch Up!

It's been a busy few months over here.  We welcomed the birth of our second daughter, Lily Marie on November 29, 2011 at 9:30am.  She weighed in at 6lb 12 oz. and has brought so much joy to our little expanding family.  Juliana loves her "baby" and is a great help with the feedings and diaper changes.  Here are a bunch of photos from the past few months to bring you up to speed.  Enjoy!

 Trimming the Tree

She is not a fan!  Although fake "ho hos" are her obsession these days.
She was devastated when we put them away for the season.

Fall Fun

Aunt Michelle, Juliana and I spent stopped by the Town of Oyster Bay Fall Festival to visit with Aunt Deborah and Grandma Noc while they were working.  Juliana had fun picking out a little pumpkin and showing off her Halloween costume.

We took Juliana Pumpkin Picking at Schmitt's Farm in Melville with the Catalano's.   She had a ton of fun running around the pumpkin patch and playing at the playground they have set up there.  She even went on a pony ride...but she wasn't too keen on it.  Maybe next year!

Montauk!

In August we spent a week out in Montauk with the Nocerino's. Although it rained for the first few days we still had a great time.
She had lots of fun digging in the sand.

Kisses from Maddie.

On our way to get some ice cream

Hanging out with Kelly at the ocean beach.

Riding her quad!

She LOVES her corn on the cob.

She really enjoyed running in and out of the waves at the ocean.

The whole gang

We figured out a way to contain them for a few minutes. :-)

Baby Michael was there too! Here he is at 6 months old.

Met Game

We braved the heat and headed out to a Met Game. They actually one. Of course, Juliana had to come to wear her adorable Mets dress. She got lots of attention and loved walking all around the stadium.
On her way to the stadium with Grandma and Uncle Michael

We just missed catching a homerun out in right field!

She wanted one of the balls so bad!

Had to have proof that her Daddy came to the game too! :-)

Summer Fun!

I haven't been that great about keeping this updated...figured I would try and catch up with a big summer post. We have been quite busy this summer and Juliana has gotten to spend lots of time in the pool, at the beach and just in general having tons of summer fun. We have been really lucky that Juliana has gotten to spend lots of time with her cousins, Maddie and Michael, and my friend's kids too. Here is a sampling of what we have been up to.

Juliana's first train ride to visit Aunt Michelle and to go to the Google picnic.

Riding her "Car"...one of her favorite things.

Big Shot at the beach.

Helping Daddy wash his car...Pop pop would be proud.

Watching Yo Gabba after a fun day in the pool

She LOVES the water. At Florence Beach spray park.

Pool time and a visit from Tucker!!!

BBQ at the Wahezi's...Juliana loved this quad so much that Daddy bought her one!

Maddie's scary face!

Movie Star!

Fun times at the park

Making sauce...these are some good looking tomatoes!

Fun bath time!

She likes to lift really heavy and odd things she can find around the house.

Dance party with Aunt Michelle.

On her swing at Grandma and Pop Pop's house

At fifteen months some of Juliana's favorite things:
1.  Riding on her car/quad
2. Reading her books
3. Any kind of swing or slide...whether at the playground or in our backyards.
4. Dancing to commercials or music
5. Anything to do with water...the hose, big pool, kiddie pool, bath, etc.
6. Balls, books, Beaded necklaces and anything relating to Elmo (or as she calls him Lala)
7. Hanging with Cousin Maddie...every time they see each other they get so excited and give each other hugs and kisses
8. Doing "nice" to Oreo
9. Playing hide the baby or hiding around corners and in her tunnel. She gets super excited when you "find" her.
10. Collecting shoes...she loves to bring everyone there shoes that are on the floor. They have to be on your feet. :-)
